At A+A/ZEST – Architecture & Design Studio, we are always looking for talented, motivated professionals who are eager to contribute to complex, multidisciplinary projects within an international and design-driven environment.

We believe architecture is a collective process, shaped by dialogue between disciplines, cultures, and perspectives. Within our studio, architecture, engineering, and design work in close synergy to develop integrated and innovative solutions, consistently grounded in context and purpose.

We are currently seeking architects and young professionals who share our design philosophy—characterized by conceptual clarity, methodological rigor, and a strong sensitivity to architectural quality and detail.

Profile we are looking for

• Degree in Architecture or related disciplines
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in design and visualization tools (AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and strong design sensibility
• Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
